"The PVAHA list of screened volunteers is updated before each season to remove volunteers (1) who were not active in a USA Hockey Program last year or
(2) who were last screened two (2) seasons ago.  The current season is 2012/13; volunteers last screened prior to the 2011/12 season need to submit a new application for background screening.  If you believe that you should be listed but you are not, please email Chris Dernetz at screening.pvaha@yahoo.com"
